Anthropic's revised S-1: $17B Q3 revenue, $895B in compute commitments
Anthropic filed a revised S-1 on 2026-11-02 adding third-quarter financials. Q3 revenue was about $17 billion and nine-month revenue $33.24 billion, but quarter-over-quarter growth slowed to roughly 47%, from 144% in Q2 and 132% in Q1. The Q3 net loss was $23.29 billion (nine-month loss $104 billion, mostly fair-value changes on convertible notes and derivatives). The filing lists about $895 billion in purchase commitments and leases, substantially all for compute and infrastructure, and the company is preparing its roadshow. It is the first hard look at what running frontier models at scale costs, and how much of that cost is locked in as compute.

llama.cpp adds tensor-parallel all-reduce to the Vulkan backend
Build b12051 adds tensor-parallel all-reduce communication to the Vulkan backend, so -sm tensor can split a model across several GPUs without CUDA. The change also fixes ring all-reduce races that made output non-deterministic with three GPUs. Builds b12052 to b12063 followed within a day.
